GenFlex TPO Membrane

GenFlex TPO Membrane, a high quality thermoplastic polyolefin, offers the "best of both worlds"...the proven flexibility and weathering resistance of rubber and the performance of hot air welded or seam tape seams.

All GenFlex TPO membranes are produced with a minimum top ply film thickness of 15 mils over scrim, thicker than other TPOs, This top ply results in a relatively smooth finished surface that resists the accumulation of dirt, wind blown debris and biological growth.

GenFlex white TPO meets EPA and DOE Energy Star requirements which can reduce energy consumption and heat buildup.

GenFlex TPO membrane meets all the requirements of the new TPO ATSM Standard D 6878-03.

GenFlex TPO rolls are 6.25' (1.9m), 8' (2.4m), 10' (3.0m and 12'4" (3.6m) wide by 100' (30.5m) long and available in white, tan, and grey. Nominal thicknesses are 45 mil (1.1mm) and 60 mil (1.5mm).

RM (PVC) Membrane

Genflex RM (PVC) Membrane, is an excellent system choice when chemical resistance to common contaminants such as animal fats, grease, oil, etc. is necessary. It is resistant to tears, impact, punctures and color change, and it's flexibility allows structural movement without splitting or cracking.

GenFlex RM membrane is a polyester reinforced ASTM D4434 Type 3 membrane that is applied with hot-air welded seams (no adhesive VOC's). It has excellent weathering resistance and UV and ozone exposure do not affect surface pliability or functionality integrity.

HVAC cooling costs can be significantly reduced with lighter colors. The GenFlex white RM membrane meets the energy requirements of the EPA and DOE Energy Star Program for energy savings and environmental friendliness.

The GenFlex RM standard roll is 6.25' (1.9m) or 12'4" (3.6m) wide by 100' (30.5m) long and is available in white, tan, and grey. Nominal thicknesses are 48 mil (1.2mm) and 60 mil (1.5mm).
