How much does a new roof cost?

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to three days. Steep roofs, cedar conversions, or a lot of rotted decking can add time. We give you a schedule before work starts.
What is the GAF Golden Pledge warranty?
It is GAF's top warranty. It covers qualifying GAF roof systems for life on materials, with 50 years of non-prorated coverage for manufacturing defects and 25 to 30 years on installation errors. Only GAF Master Elite contractors like Topside can offer it.
Do I need a full replacement, or can the roof be repaired?
If the roof is newer and the problem is in one spot, a repair may be enough. If it is older, leaking in several places, losing granules, or lifting from moss, replacement is usually the better long-term choice. We will tell you which one makes sense.
